Intel Demonstrated Electric Charges without Cable

Intel has demonstrated wireless electric at yearly forum of the development department. In the future, the needs of cable for charging laptop battery can be eliminated.

In that forum, Justin Rattner, Chief of Intel technology officer demonstrated wireless energy resonance link. Electric power transmitted by air can distribute electric charges by 60 watt for bulb lamp, bigger than electric need to operate laptop.
The electric is transmitted from transmitter to receiver without any connection.

The problem is about safety and effectiveness. As we know that human body is not influenced by magnetic field, but influenced by electric field. So, Josh Smith, one of the researchers of Intel Computer Chip Company said that they would make energy radiated or transmitted by using magnetic field, not electric field.

By this technology, offices, airports, hotels and other buildings can be designed for supplying electric charges to laptop, cellular phone or other electronic appliances around them. The technology can also be installed in computer monitors for transmitting electric charges to electronic gadgets around them.

However, it still needs thorough research before this technology is going for sale to market. In the future, this technology can change the need of charger and even battery.
